I started my culinary journey with bakery & pastry in Mumbai, India and practiced at the Taj Hotel before moving to Dubai for 15 years and serving as an Executive Chef at some of the top restaurants in Dubai.  Moving to Toronto 15 years ago, I opened a couple of Indian restaurants for entrepreneurs, helped design their menu and learned a lot along the way.  Today, it is a realization of my dream to offer my home-cooked meals to friends and family and bring a little bit of our Indian coastal cuisine to your homes
